Our food coordinator extraordinaire has asked me to send out one more appeal for food to be consumed at our Fat Tuesday event. If you are not planning to attend, you can send your item to school on Tuesday morning with your student. We are in need of sweet, dessert type finger foods. Please let me know if you can send something. Dishes will be returned if they are labeled.

On a side note, we have had an appeal from the community for a refugee college student who is in desperate need of a laptop computer. If you have an old one that you might be willing to sell or give away, please let me know. I am happy to share the whole story with anyone who is interested, but thought I’d throw in a brief appeal while I was emailing you all anyway.
