We need volunteers for the following dates and times. Please let me know if you can fill a slot…students can also volunteer as long as they have transportation.
(1 volunteer needed) Friday, Feb 12 7:30 – 10:00 pm at Community High School – you will be stamping passports and providing crowd control
(1 volunteer needed) Saturday, Feb 13 8:30 – 11:00 am at Market square – Sidewalk chalk drawing – you will help the organizer of this event and stamp passports
(5 volunteers needed) Saturday, Feb 13 10:00 am – 1:00pm – meet at School – you will help direct parade route traffic
(3 volunteers needed) Sunday, Feb 14 8pm – 10 pm – at school, you will be stamping passports and providing crowd control
(2 volunteers needed) – Sunday, Feb 14 7:45pm – 10pm – Hollins University Library Michael Marton and Moire Crone reading and book signing – you will be stamping passports and helping the event coordinator as needed – at least one person must be an adult. We will be serving alcohol at this event.
